The front cap tool fits securely into the grooves of the front cap and includes a 13mm nut designed to accommodate a torque wrench.
By employing the torque wrench, you can apply the necessary force required to remove the suppression unit while ensuring the correct amount of force is used during reassembly.
The front cap tool is indispensable for both disassembling and assembling the moderator unit, making it an essential component of the process.

Moderators require regular maintenance and cleaning, particularly flow suppressors, which need to be cleaned after a certain number of rounds. Gunpowder residues will block the moderator flow channels, affecting the moderator's flow performance. Blocked moderator will have the same problems as baffle moderators in self-loading rifles.
