These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website http://www.blue.uk.com and any purchase of goods and services through it. Please read these Terms carefully before using our site or placing an order.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

2. Definitions

4. Ordering Goods and Services
Orders placed via our checkout are an offer by you to purchase products or services from The Blue Group (including trading names Blue Fieldsports and Falcon Design). A contract is formed only when we accept the order by dispatching goods, activating services, or confirming acceptance by email.
We may reject an order for reasons including:
- Payment authorisation failure
- Pricing or description error
- Non-availability
- Legal restrictions
- Suspected fraudulent or prohibited transactions
We will refund any payment taken for rejected orders within 14 days.
5. Product Descriptions & Prices
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. However:
- Images are for illustration; colours may vary.
- We reserve the right to correct errors and update prices without notice.
- Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery, packing, insurance, and related charges will be shown separately where applicable.
6. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of order unless you have an approved Trade Account (30 days payment term). Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, BACS, cheque (subject to clearance).
We use secure payment processing compliant with industry standards.
If purchasing regulated items, sale completion is conditional on verifying valid firearms certification under UK law. Title and transfer do not pass until such certification is received and validated.
7. Delivery
We aim to deliver promptly and within a reasonable timeframe unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery is complete when goods reach the address you provide.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier strikes, customs delays).
Please inspect your order at delivery:
- If packaging is damaged, refuse delivery.
- If unable to inspect immediately, sign “UNCHECKED”.
- Notify us of missing, damaged, or incorrect goods within 14 days of delivery.
8. Import Duties & Compliance
Orders delivered outside the UK may incur import duties, taxes, or VAT. You are responsible for these. Refusing to pay does not release you from liability for the order value or related costs.
We do not guarantee goods comply with import/export restrictions outside the UK. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
9. Title & Risk
For consumers: Title passes to you once we receive cleared payment and dispatch the goods.
For business customers: Title remains with us until full payment of all sums due. Risk passes at delivery. Until title transfers, you must store goods separately and identifiable as ours.
We may reclaim unpaid goods and enter your premises to do so.
10. Consumer Right of Cancellation
If you are a consumer:
You have a right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:

You may cancel within 14 days from:
- Delivery (for goods)
- Contract conclusion (for services)
Notify cancellation in writing (email: info@blue.uk.com). Return goods within 14 days of cancellation at your own cost.
Refund includes standard delivery charges but excludes upgrades. We may deduct for handling beyond what’s necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of goods.
Exceptions (no right to cancel):
- Custom-made/personalised goods
- Sealed goods (e.g. software, CDs, DVDs) once unsealed
- Perishable goods
- Firearms, firearm components once shipped and legally transferred
11. Returns for Business Customers
Unless goods are faulty or we have otherwise agreed, business customers have no automatic right to cancel or return.
12. Faulty or Defective Products
If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery.

We will, at our option:
- Repair or replace;
- Refund the price paid.
Returned goods will be tested. If no fault is found, we may charge return postage.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
13. Limitation of Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Otherwise, our liability (whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise) is limited to the price paid for the goods/services.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Business interruption
- Loss of profit, data, goodwill, or opportunity
14. Export Controls & Legal Compliance
Certain items may be subject to UK export control laws. By purchasing, you confirm compliance and acceptance of responsibility for obtaining any required export licence or authorisation.
We will not knowingly supply regulated items to:
- Prohibited persons under section 21 Firearms Act 1968
- Buyers failing legal certification checks
We reserve the right to cancel orders where compliance cannot be confirmed.
15. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly.

Nothing restricts your right to seek remedies through the courts.

23. Refund of Deposits
Where a deposit is paid to The Blue Group (including trading names Blue Fieldsports and Falcon Design) for the purchase of goods or services, the following terms apply:
- Deposits are taken as a part-payment to secure goods or services.
- A contract is formed at the time the deposit is paid and accepted.

Deposits are generally non-refundable, unless:
- The Company cancels the contract or is unable to fulfil the order;
- The product or service is misrepresented, faulty, or not as described; or
- A statutory right applies (e.g. under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
If a customer chooses not to proceed for personal reasons, we reserve the right to retain the deposit to cover administration, stocking, or other incurred costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where a refund is required by law or agreed at our discretion, it will be made using the same payment method within 14 days of confirmation.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
24. Firearm Sales in the United Kingdom
In compliance with UK firearms legislation, all firearm sales by The Blue Group (including trading names Blue Fieldsports and Falcon Design) are conducted face-to-face, either:
- At our premises; or
- Through a transfer to another Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD) for collection.
We do not ship firearms or firearm components directly to private individuals. Valid certification (firearm/shotgun certificate or equivalent) must be provided and verified before completion of sale or transfer.
No firearm will be released or transferred without full legal compliance.
