The Cadex Defence CDX-R7 SHP Series are precision rifles designed for shooters who prefer a traditional style stock to chassis systems.
These rifles feature Cadex’s fully adjustable synthetic stock called the Strike Nuke Evo. The ergonomics of this stock are a great blend between the stability offered by tactical stocks and lightweight hunting stocks. This stock features a built-in aluminium micro-chassis system for improved accuracy. This rifle out of the box will compete with any custom gun.
All Cadex rifles come in the Hybrid Grey/Black Cerakote (pictured) as standard. However, we can arrange for your rifle to be Cerakoted in a colour scheme of your choice.
Built-in Aluminium Micro-Chassis Technology
Provides a stable platform that eliminates any movement of the action in the micro-chassis. No bedding required.
MX2 Tactical Muzzle Brake
Includes a MX2 Tactical Muzzle Brake that is ready to accommodate a moderator.
Cadex DX2 Evo Trigger
The Cadex DX2 Evo Trigger is a double stage trigger capable of being rapidly converted into single stage. Its pull weight can be easily adjusted between 1.5 and 2.5 lbs. If you haven’t figured out if you prefer a single stage or double stage trigger then you can’t go wrong with the DX2 Evo.
Cadex Barrel
Cadex designed 1.238” heavy barrel straight taper with barrel band and threaded muzzle for a moderator or muzzle brake. All Cadex barrels are 5R Mil-Spec Match Grade Single point-cut rifling with an optimised twist rate.
Fluted Bolt
Spiral fluted 4-lug bolt with 50° throw.
Material: Stainless 416
Adjustable Stock
Adjustable butt pad (1/2" up or down), length-of-pull and tool-free spring loaded cheek piece (up and down; left and and right; and angle).
Action Rail
Unique top rail localisation system with integrated recoil groove machined into the upper section of the action. Available in 0, 20 or 30 MOA.
Grip
Ambidextrous palm swell with a comfortable thumb rest.
Optional M-LOK Bipod Rail
Multiple M-LOK rail positions available.
