This 5" long RPP Costa Gator Picatinny Rail optics mount connects to the top of all of RPP Costa Handguard Rails.
Why a Three Rail Arrangement?
The Costa Ludus/Ranger Point Handguard + Rail System was designed to provide lever gun shooters with exceptional flexibility in setup and cost while safeguarding the qualities of handling and accuracy that RPP love about these fine firearms. In order to meet all these goals RPP split the top picatinny rail into 3 separate sections. The handguard can be used with all 3 picatinny top rails, none, or any combination of two. It’s worth noting that installing one or more Gator rails makes the handguard even stronger.
Features
- WORKS WITH:Costa M-LOK Handguards which come with one two of these. They attach to the top of any Costa handguard via eight screws (four screws and four jack screws).
- MILITARY SPEC":Does not work with "weaver spec rings/red dot mounts (e.g. Leupold)
- DOES NOT WORK WITH: Any non-Costa handguard (Black, Moss, FDE or otherwise). Only the Costa handguards have attachment points on top (left and right) for these picatinny rails to screw on.
