The Aero ATLAS R-ONE Taper Lock Kit is a replacement part for your AR15 ATLAS Hand-guard. All of the Aero ATLAS R-ONE handguards come with this included in the packaging.
It is simple to install; just attach one of the locks to one end of the different directional tapered screws and place it in the slot on the hand guard. Then, slide the other lock at the other end of the slot and twist it onto the screw in the other direction. Place the tool provided inside the lock and twist the screw until it is flush with the the handguard. The centre of the screw has a bevel on it and will make a clicking noise to indicate that the lock system is centred on the handguard.
