Saturday 22nd June saw the first .22 PRS match shot at The Quarry near Basingstoke and it was a great success! Put on as a test for what's to come and what's possible in the vast space of the newly re-arranged site, the match consisted of 5 stages with targets ranging from 35 out to 200 yards.
Morne and his team utilised the space incredibly well, with shooting positions ranging from tank traps to rooftop simulations that left competitors feeling challenged and hungry for more!
As the venue develops more PRS matches will be held and they will become a regular occurrence in the shooting calendar for Sterling and Blue RPC club members. If you'd like to give it a go get in contact with us and we'll let you know when the next one is planned!
